The material being used are Chilled Grey Iron, Chilled Ductile Iron, Hardenable Grey Iron , Ductile Iron and Forged Steel & Steel Bar.

The Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) camshafts are being made from Chilled Cast Iron , Ductile iron  and Forged Steel & Steel Bar.
